Manning, SC – The Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Clarendon County would like to welcome Robert Adams as our new Director.
Robert is a native South Carolinian who earned an Associates of Science degree from Williamsburg Technical College. He also obtained certifications from Trident Technical College, Midlands Technical College, and is a 2023 Certified Election and Registration Administrator (CERA) graduate.
Robert has worked in the Berkeley County Elections office since the 2008 election cycle and brings a desire to help Clarendon county voters to experience a more transparent and efficient open-door policy to voting.
Robert brings nearly eighteen years of experience and a willingness to educate voters about the services and information the election office can provide. Robert begins his duties with the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Clarendon County on February 16, 2026.
Both Robert and the board invite the voters of Clarendon County to ask questions and to come see for themselves the work and dedication that goes into the election process.
